Indexing or permutation error when subsampling a cube[uint8] - Mono 5.2.0.175 issue

Hello,

I'm attempting to create some simple test cases for video analysis by subsampling a few frames of the video into a new variable. When I try to do this, the video frames become all jumbled up. I've attached a small test case of the problem. The dataset for this test is on the server at ipids.ugent.be:/vil/Experiment_1/Quasar/layer_377.qd.

Currently, the output looks like this:

Ultimately, all three images should look like the one in the top-right. This problem shows up on Ubuntu 20.04. Any idea on what is going wrong here?
